The exhibition format “Werkbankett” unites culinary art and craft, fostering synergies and collaborations between local businesses and grassroots creative initiatives. “Werkbankett” builds a bridge between exhibition and immersive experience—an invitation to view, touch, and savor, setting itself apart from conventional dining or standard gallery exhibitions.
Developed in November 2024 by Till Herion and Renato Antonietti, the format debuted successfully in May 2025 at the “Alte Schreinerei” in Bern. Carrying this momentum forward, the second “Werkbankett” followed on February 1, 2026 at Restaurant “Löscher”.
