CLEAN
“CLEAN” is a tribute to bathing rituals, celebrating them as expansive, sensory experiences. Bathroom routines follow clear rhythms with dedicated tools; “CLEAN” offers a playful duo of body cleansing ceramics.
Developed during the sixth semester of the ceramic design vocational class in collaboration with “Soeder”.
The toothbrush holder was wheel-thrown from porcelain in two pieces so that it can be disassembled for cleaning. The two smaller holes were drilled afterwards. The soap dish was slip cast from porcelain slip and finished on the wheel. Both products were glazed with the same glaze (Till's Pink) and oxidation fired.
