«Werkbankett» 2026

The exhibition format “Werkbankett” unites culinary arts and fine craftsmanship. Numerous synergies are harnessed to encourage and connect collaborations with local businesses and self-organized initiatives.

The new exhibition format was developed in November 2024 by Till Herion and Renato Antonietti and was successfully realized for the first time in May 2025 at the “Alte Schreinerei” in Bern. Buoyed by this momentum, the second “Werkbankett” took place on February 1, 2026 at Restaurant “Löscher”.
